The Joshua Stone
Let’s take a look at Daniel 7:11: “I kept on beholding at that time because of the sound of the grandiose words that the horn was speaking; I kept on beholding until the beast was killed and its body was destroyed and it was given to the burning fire.” The fourth beast of Dan 7 represented Rome, and by extension fascist rule today. Now this scripture also coincides with Revelation 16:10: "And the fifth one poured out his bowl upon the throne of the wild beast. And its kingdom became darkened, and they began to gnaw their tongues for their pain.” So we find here in these two scriptures the description of a future collapse of current world powers, but it yet does not tell us when in chronology this event takes place. So let’s move to the next scripture in Daniel chapter Seven.
“But as for the rest of the beasts, their rulerships were taken away, and there was a lengthening in life given to them for a time and a season.” (Dan 7:12) Here we are given a time period described as, “a time and a season”. We know from Revelation that a “time” is a three hundred and sixty day period. (Rev 12) Now, we defer that there are four seasons in a year, so a fourth of the three hundred and sixty day year would be ninety days. We add three hundred and sixty to ninety and we get the four hundred and fifty days that the other beasts are allowed to live although their rulerships were taken away. Now knowing the new world comes in at the one thousand three hundred and thirty fifth day we can count back and find the day the rulerships of the other beasts were taken away, and the collapse of modern world powers.
What further events can we glean from this beast being killed at Dan 7:11? This taking away of the other beasts rulerships is interesting and can be found in a description at Rev 16:14b: “and they go forth to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty.” Now, the culmination of this event is found at Rev 17:8a: “The wild beast that you saw was, but is not, and yet is about to ascend out of the abyss.” This ascending out of the abyss is a direct correlation with the rest of the beast’s rulerships taken away at Dan 7:11, 12. They are then gathered together into what is described at Rev 17:11 as the eighth king.
At this point the seventh trumpet, seventh bowl and as well the first five seals all occur on one single day, this is the day Jesus is enthroned at the end of the one thousand two hundred and sixty day period, and the start of the ride of four horsemen! Rev 6:1-8 describes the triumphant ride of these four horsemen in accomplishing Jehovah’s purposes on earth. Let’s read of the seals being opened and of their riding forth starting at Rev 6:2: “And I saw, and, look! A white horse; and the one seated upon it had a bow; and a crown was given him, and he went forth conquering and to complete his conquest.” We find the second horse at Rev 6:4: “And another came forth, a fiery-colored horse; and to the one seated upon it there was granted to take peace away from the earth so that they should slaughter one another; and a great sword was given him.” The next is found at Rev 6:5: “And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say: “Come!” And I saw, and, look! A black horse; and the one seated upon it had a pair of scales in his hand.” As well we read at Rev 6:8: “And I saw, and, look! A pale horse; and the one seated upon it had the name Death. And Ha’des was closely following him.”
In the fifth seal we see a wonderful occurrence that has been prophesied and anticipated for millennia, ever since those first followers of Jesus gathered in a room almost two thousand years ago at Pentecost and received the Holy Spirit as it was poured out upon them sealing them and bringing them into a covenant with Jehovah for a new kingdom. A sacred secret will be fulfilled when Jesus is enthroned, and those who were sealed in that covenant position who have lived and died in service to Jehovah will be resurrected to life again as spirit creatures. Those still alive of their brothers will be transfigured, and as well all those who have the hope of living forever in the renewed paradise earth will also receive the Holy Spirit poured out on them at that moment!
Those of Christ’s brothers whom will be both resurrected or transfigured at that time will still yet not be raised into heaven, for they wait upon the moment their lord returns in the clouds for the final harvest forty days later. Some of these ones still alive are destined to fall at the hands of the eighth king. “And a white robe was given to each of them, and they were told to rest a little while longer, until the number was filled of their fellow slaves and their brothers who were about to be killed as they had been.” (Rev 6:11)
